If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (minus shipping charges if applicable). Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. In most cases, the refund from your return will take 5-7 business days to post in your original form of payment.
The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:
A return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. The company does not provide refunds for requests made outside of 30 days of purchase date. You must return the product to USMILE to receive a refund. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
We will refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges you paid.

How to claim your money back:
You must have purchased our Usmile whitening products from our website.
Try our USmile for at least 7 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 30 days.
You must complete at least 7 treatments, with treatments being 1 day apart, and take a photo of each treatment.
If there are no noticeable results in whitening results, email your 7 photos to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we will review your application.
All 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 30 days of receiving your USmile whitening products.
ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps
If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded
Once approved, we will refund you for the purchase price (at the time of order), once the product has been returned to our warehouse*.
The Buyer shall notify the Seller of its claims of return within 30 (thirty) days after delivery. The return of any product must be approved by the Seller prior to initiating a return. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, expenses, taxes and any other cost whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in advanced by the Seller. Any delay, damage or loss that occurs during the return shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Except the product is defective, out of stock or errors from the sellers or its agency, all Stock Items that are not Defective as determined by USmile (acting reasonably), and are returned by the Purchaser shall incur a restocking fee of 15% of the Price. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, expenses, taxes and any other cost whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in advanced by the Seller.
